I started this blog to be useful for all VRK (Veeramachineni Ramakrishna) and Keto diet followers. I want to gather all the information, recipes and useful videos all at one place and categorized. In this blog I am going to add links to the videos which are already created by other followers. All the videos are in either English, Telugu or Hindi.
